New Fresh and Local Artwork Coming Soon by David Graff
Join us at Art Works Gallery on Thursday, September 18th from 5–8 PM for the opening reception of David Graff’s newest body of work. Known for his masterful technique of gilding precious metals, layering pigments, and sealing them in glass-like resin, Graff’s paintings shimmer with depth and light that must be experienced in person.
Art Works Gallery is delighted to present Guilded Pleasures, a solo exhibition of new works by David Graff, opening Thursday, September 18th at 5 PM. Graff is a painter, gilder, and musician whose creative process is as unique as the works themselves.
Using solid substrates, he gilds them with precious metals, layers specialized pigments, and seals each piece in resin—creating shimmering artworks that capture and reflect their surroundings. Photographs can’t capture the depth, brilliance, and living quality of his paintings—you have to stand before them to truly experience how they transform a space.
