At Art Works Gallery, we believe that thoughtfully chosen artwork is an essential part of every space. That's why we were honoured to collaborate with Form Collective on the Phoenix House project—one of Canada's most innovative sustainable home builds.
Phoenix House is much more than a beautiful home. Designed as a showcase for low-carbon construction, healthy materials, and forward-thinking residential design, the project brings together architects, designers, builders, consultants, artists, and manufacturers who all share a vision for the future of sustainable living.
Working alongside the talented team at Form Collective, we sourced artwork that complements the home's modern design while creating spaces that feel warm, personal, and timeless.

Sustainability Beyond the Walls
As a gallery, sustainability is something we continually work toward. Supporting Canadian artists means investing in creativity close to home while reducing unnecessary shipping whenever possible.
We also believe that purchasing quality artwork that will remain part of a space for years is one of the most sustainable choices a client can make. We're continually looking for ways to reduce our environmental impact through our daily business practices and by partnering with artists and organizations that share similar values.
One collaboration we're especially proud of is our work with PECO, whose incredible mosaic projects transform traditionally non-recyclable plastics into striking public artwork. These projects demonstrate how creativity can give new life to materials that would otherwise end up in landfill.
We hope to continue expanding these kinds of collaborations, connecting art, sustainability, and community in meaningful ways.
